And the winner is… RKR Masters Women!
For the past few years, Roadkill Racing has been focused on competing in the USATF Niagara LDR Grand Prix series, which is a lengthy way of saying the team races that offer prize money. We’ve had some good showings, and even won some money at a few of the races. Lately, instead of earning money at each race, the teams score points, and then the results are tallied at the end of the series.
This past year, we are proud to announce that the Roadkill Racing Masters Women won the Grand Prix series, outshining Checkers AC, Genesee Valley Harriers, and Greater Buffalo TC with 19 points! Our masters women are typically the most prolific racers on the team, and never shy away from a challenge, so this was a well-earned trophy for them. Congratulations to every single one of you that raced and helped earn that (figurative) gold medal!
