Beer and Pizza

It is once again that time of year.  The weather is getting cooler, the leaves are slowly beginning to turn from green to yellow and the beer is turning from its summer golden pilsner to its dark carmel Oktoberfest or spicy brown ale.  Yes it is truly a wonderful time of year, and what better way to celebrate the coming fall than a run through the woods followed by some beer and pizza?

Some of the faces of have changed, and the uniforms are a bit nicer (and uniformed), but the goal remains to the same.  Win beer and glory.  Roadkill’s first race is a little more than a week away on September 18th and will take place at Green Lakes State Park in Fayetteville, NY.  The race starts at 11 am but we will be meeting at 10 am to go over team strategy and warm up.
