RKR kicks off 2023 with a bang!

On Saturday, March 4th, Roadkill Racing sent a squad of dedicated runners to Syracuse for the first race in the USATF Niagara Grand Prix series, the Tipperary Hill Four Miler. Braving cold winds and snow, sixteen Roadkill Racers competed against the other teams in the region.

The Open Women showed that they are ready to compete by finishing first. Granted, there were no other open women’s teams, but you beat everyone who doesn’t show up!

The Open Men finished second behind Syracuse Track Club, and the Masters Women continued their string of strong performances with another second place finish. We are well-poised to have a standout year with these initial results!

Individually, we had the following award winners:

Laine DiNoto: 3rd overall (1st USATF finisher)
Kenny Goodfellow: 3rd Age Group
Marie Davis: 3rd Age Group
