Upstate NY USATF-Niagara Cross Country Championship

The final race of the cross country season is this coming Sunday November 14th.  The race is at Fairport Center Park (AKA Perinton Rec Center) Directions to the park are here.  The men’s and women’s races will be seperate with the men going off first at 11:00 am.  They are aiming to have awards at 12:30.  After the race everyone is invited back to my house for some pizza and refreshments.  Directions here (less than a mile away from the race).

The 8k course looks to be a challenging one, without much flat to speak of.  You can view the course in more detail by clicking the map below.  Some of us will be meeting at the park Saturday at noon to run the course.  You’ll want to use the parking lot off Ayrault Road by the soccer fields, not the one off Turk hill by the buildings.
