USATF Niagara Grand Prix Results

In 2022, Roadkill Racing turned a few heads by having our Open and Master Women’s teams both nabbing second-place in the USATF Niagara Grand Prix series. It was one of our strongest years, and many people wondered if we would replicate that success in 2023, or if it was just a flash in the pan.

The Open Women quickly left no room for doubt as they won the first two races in the 2023 series (Tipperary Hill and Running of the Green). The Masters Women placed second in both races, and both Open and Masters Men lodged a second-place finish in one of the first two races. RKR was off to a strong start!

After that, the Open Women won two more races (Outdoor Track 1 mile and Unlimited Breadsticks Half), and the Open Men lodged four more second-place finishes (Outdoor Track 1 mile, Swain Mountain, Unlimited Breadsticks Half, and the Checkers 3K). The Masters Women scored another win (Swain Mountain), and two more second-places (Lilac 10K and Unlimited Breadsticks).

At the end of the year, our Open Women had secured the overall series win quite handily, with 92 points (second place was 69 points). Following closely behind, the Open Men stepped up their game to finish second in the series with 75 points. The Masters Women finished in third, just one point behind second, and the Masters Men were once again in the mix with a fourth-place showing.

Thanks to the earnings from the past two series, RKR is proud to provide every runner with one of our beautiful new red singlets, designed by our very own Alexi Bulloch! Look out for the Roadkill squad rolling up to start lines looking chic and ready to compete in this year’s series races.

Needless to say, this was Roadkill Racing’s best year yet! But we’re just getting started!
