Portraits of Pain
This weekend was the FleetFeet Summerfest 12k at Mendon Ponds Park. As the race is run on the first weekend in September, you would expect the weather to be at least passable. This year the weather was awful. 80 degrees 80% humidity not even a light breeze, and the air was thick as soup with ragweed pollen. This did not make for happy running for anyone, and Chanse is going to detail just how bad it was with this upcoming race report.
